The comparison between control and dystrophic mice results shown an increase in blood for P, S, K and Fe (p < 0.05) while a decrease in Ca (p < 0.05). This elemental analysis will contribute to evaluate the best diagnostic, care and treatment procedures, for the Progressive Muscular Dystrophy.1-4openAccessconcentration ratioionsbloodanimal tissuesmusclesdiagnostic techniquespathological changesdiseasesmicehereditary diseasesx-ray fluorescence analysisfluorescence spectroscopyIons concentration in blood samples of SJL/J dystrophic mice strains using X-ray fluorescence spectrometryArtigo de periódico129110.1088/1742-6596/1291/1/0120230000-0002-7467-3457https://orcid.org/0000-0001-7766-2692Sem Percentil17.00
