The characteristics of the GO and rGO samples were compared in order to study the results for each reduction method. Graphene oxide was synthesized, from the modified Hummers methodology, using powdered graphite and subsequently reduced to rGO by different methods (chemical method: reduction with hydrazine and carbon–C-dots nanoparticles, and physical: ultrasound). The samples obtained from graphene oxide and reduced graphene oxide were characterized electrically and microstructurally. The results showed that the samples of GO reduced with hydrazine were those that obtained the best results of conductivity and good restructuring of the sp2 hybridization, followed by the carbon nanoparticles and ultrasound.773-785closedAccessgrapheneoxideselectric conductivityreductionStudy of the electrical properties of rGO obtained by different GO reduction methodsCapítulo de livroCharacterization of Minerals, Metals, and Materials10.1007/978-3-030-05749-7_78https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7968-2117
