Resumo
The Absolute Neutron Activation Analysis (ANAA) technique was used to determine
element concentrations of Cl and Na in blood of healthy group (male and female blood
donators), select from Blood Banks at São Paulo city, to provide information which can
help in diagnosis of patients. This study permitted to perform a discussion about the
advantages and limitations of using this nuclear methodology in hematological
examinations.
