dc.description.abstractDifferent concentrations of single-wall carbon nanotubes were added to a carbon fiber composite with an epoxy matrix to evaluate its mechanical properties. The dispersion of the nanoparticles exhibited good quality and the flexural strength in the 90-degree direction showed an increase of over 10% with a concentration of only 0.0087% of nanotubes in the composite.
