| dc.description.abstract | Nowadays, it is clear that the activity of different photosensitizers (PSs) has a strong potential for moving photodynamic therapy (PDT) to clinical practice. Present technologies as dedicated light sources, new PSs, and nanotechnology are emerging strategies to promote PDT as a reliable, cost-effective, and safe approach to veterinary medicine.
