Graduated in Chemistry at the University of São Paulo (1983), Master's in Chemistry at the University of São Paulo (1987) and PhD in Chemistry at the University of São Paulo (1993). Post-doctorate at the University of Coimbra, Portugal in the area of electrochemistry applied to the environment. She is currently a Researcher at the Energy and Nuclear Research Institute (IPEN-CNEN / SP). She is coordinator of Research Projects working mainly on the following themes: Development of Value Added Materials from Waste (adsorbent materials; zeolite; biochar; nanosilica; activated carbon, etc.); green roof optimization; addition of residue in cementitious matrix. She is a Scientific Initiation Advisor, Master and Doctorate and Post-Doctoral Supervisor.
